To the owner of High Tide Restoration, My wife and I have used your company twice each year to clean two white living room sofas and 1-3 area rugs. We request your services and have you bill us via our rental agent, Island Getaway. High Tide has always performed with quality. Now that mitigation has been completed at my home in Sea Pines, I would like to note that the men working on my house were polite and very accommodating. In particular, Robert, who came on the first day, made an extra effort to leave things in good order at the end of the day. Several days later, Javier and Kevyn worked long and hard to remove flooring in the kitchen and foyer. They are to be commended for their efforts.

“We experienced a water leak from the condo above us. High Tide did a wonderful job of coming quickly and measuring the amount of damage. They provided fast mitigation services: opening up the bathroom ceiling and small sections of walls, implementing fans and dehumidifiers. A small section of the adjacent closet floor had to be removed. Daily measurements for water content were done until all walls, floors, etc. were back to normal. The equipment was removed in a timely manner. Very good people work for High Tide and everyone we met were professional, pleasant and courteous.
They will always be our first call for water damage!”

They showed up promptly, addressed the issue immediately, handled the communication with insurance company, and we ultimately decided to stick with High Tide for all of the repairs, during which they were very responsive and flexible, helping us through the entire process. In the end, the price was fair and as expected at the end of the project (no surprises). Work was done on time, and to high quality.
